Mr Nicholl completed his medical training at Cambridge Univeristy and Guy’s Hospital, with Orthopaedic training in Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital and did fellowships in shoulder and hand surgery before being appointed as an Orthopaedic Consultant with Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in 1998.
The most common conditions Mr Nicholl sees and is able to treat are Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Trigger Finger, Dupuytren’s Contracture and Hand Arthritis. Mr Nicholl is able to treat conditions of the joints using keyhole surgery and performs arthroscopic surgery on the wrist, elbow, shoulder and knee. Keyhole surgery minimizes scarring and often allows a more rapid post-operative recovery.
