Dr Saldanha offers a consulting service for adult patients with neurological symptoms or existing neurological problems. Dr Saldanha does not see paediatric patients – in some cases exceptions may be made after prior discussion.
Dr Saldanha qualified at St Thomas Hospital London. He has held specialist registrar posts at the Brook Hospital London, Guy’s Hospital London, The Royal London & St Bartholomew’s Hospitals in London and the NationalHospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London. He carried out laboratory research into basic mechanisms of neuropathic pain and migraine and is currently running a small clinical trial in multiple sclerosis within Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. He is Chair of the specialist training committee for training neurology registrars in London and Kent, Surrey & Sussex Deaneries and has responsibility for the training of 70 registrars.
Prior to his medical degree, he spent four years attaining a degree in Chemistry at Keble College, Oxford.
